As a recipient of the coveted GFA Management "Master MHM" award, Troy Brost was

recognized as "one of the national top 20 most influential people within the manufactured home

industry”. Within 30 years, Troy owned and operated Steward Property Management;

Lifestyle Sales Corporation, a licensed Oregon dealer of manufactured dwelling structures; and

co-developed, managed, and owned the national award winning "SongBrook", a 55 and Over

land lease community in Eugene, Oregon. Earning the prestigious MHI National "Pyramid

Award", SongBrook was designated, "Manufactured Home Community of the Year" and featured

in the “Where to Retire” magazine. He currently owns and operates CBrost 321 GO,

management of a professional human performance athlete; InfraSystems LLC, outside sales of

communication and utility submetering products; and 4 commercial retail centers.

Troy is a 1992 graduate of Pacific Lutheran University, earning a Bachelor degree in Business

Administration with Human Resource and Marketing concentrations and Religion Minor. Upon

graduation he was employed by Royal Property Corporation to assist in the development and

management of SongBrook. His years of experience in construction and management within the

manufactured home industry established proficiency in Oregon manufactured home community

statues, infrastructure buildout, community infill and sales, literally all aspects of small business.

Troy served on the Board of Directors of Manufactured Housing Communities of Oregon

(MHCO) and was a former MHCO President and Legislative Chairman and represented

Landlords statewide by serving on the Oregon Manufactured Housing Landlord/Tenant Coalition

for over a decade. He represented manufactured home community Owners as a member of the

Oregon Swimming Pool Rule Revision Committee, and served on the manufactured home

subcommittee of the Lane County Housing Policy Board as well. He hosted the George Allen

National FOCUS Group, was a frequent guest speaker at local, state, and national industry

conventions; and was recognized as a primary Manufactured Housing Community resource in

the Pacific Northwest.

Troy’s accomplishments are achieved with the support and equal effort from his wife, Cheryl;

their commitment to teamwork, to each other, and family is unchanging. In 2015 they sold their

master-planned SongBrook development, exiting the commercial residential market to focus on

commercial retail asset ownership and management. Troy is a co-founder of coincrafter.ai, a

patent pending inventor of a FinTech business system, and a founding member of www.emalfootball.com (FAST,

Football Alumni Service Team).
